Pick the red side or the blue side, then see the split across everyone who has played. There are no right answers — only the ones that surprise you.

How to play

Every question gives you two options. Tap the red side or the blue side to vote. You’ll see straight away how everyone else voted, then move on to the next one. There’s no score and no time limit, and the questions never run out.

Play it with friends

Read each question out loud and have everyone pick a side before you reveal the results. The best questions are the ones where the room splits in half.

Questions

How many questions are there?

1,500 dilemmas across 20 categories right now, and we add new ones every day. They never repeat until you have been through the lot.

Is there a right answer?

No. Would You Rather has no score and no winner. The interesting part is the split: how everyone else answered the same question, shown the moment you commit to a side.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything here is free to play as a guest. An account only puts your name on the leaderboards for the games that keep score.

What does Autoplay do?

It moves on by itself a few seconds after you answer, so answering is the only thing you do. The switch on the action strip turns it off, and the choice is remembered.

Where do the questions come from?

All our content is hand written by our team of editors. That is also why some of them are deliberately horrible to answer.
